Occhipinti Frappato Terre Siciliane IGT 2017

Arianna Occhipinti is a rising star in southeastern Sicily. Her 25 hectares of vines are farmed all organically and biodynamically, dedicated only to indigenous Sicilian varieties. ‘Terre Siciliane’ is a varietal Frappato harvested from 40-year-old vines. The wine shows juicy and thirst-quenching flavors of ripe raspberries, red flowers, and wet soil. Mellow tannins and bright acidity make this wine almost too easy to drink.
