Founded ten years ago by Jeff Fischer, Habit Wines are produced in the heart of Santa Barbara County, focused on sustainable farming practices, terroir-driven fruit, and the elimination of herbicides. The 2017 ‘Coquelicot’ is 80% whole cluster fermented, stomped by foot and vinified by gravity, aged on lees until bottling. Bright berry flavors, earthy undertones, and a spicy finish make this one of our favorites.
