Terres Dorées was founded by Jean-Paul Brun in 1979 in the southern Beaujolais, comprising just 4 hectares. Today, Terres Dorées sustainably farms 27 hectares across the region, vinifying fruit in a more traditional Burgundian style (not carbonically.) Fruit for his Morgon ferments naturally, ages in used oak, and has no added sulfur. The wine is structured and dark, marked by flavors of juicy berries, plums, herbs, and crushed rocks. Delightful!
