Terres Dorées was founded by Jean-Paul Brun back in 1979 in the southern Beaujolais. Today, Terres Dorées sustainably farms 27 hectares across the region in a more 'Burgundian' style, as Jean-Paul prefers traditional fermentations over carbonic maceration. His Moulin-à-Vent is produced with native yeasts and is aged in used oak for up to ten months, leading to a ripe, dark-fruited wine marked by silky tannins and undertones of fresh cut violets.
