Wines are produced from low-yielding organic fruit, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in oak (20-30% new.) Germain’s Meursault is elegant and creamy, showing flavors of yellow fruit and apricots, loaded with mineral-driven, lemon-like acidity. Refined and taut, with a lingering finish.
